Order Process
Ordering with Supreme Creations is simple. Even though we have one of the largest collections of eco promotional products (17 million and counting) we have worked hard to simplify our order process, so you get maximum choice and minimum hassle.
STEP 1: CHOOSE PRODUCT
Stock product
From the top menu bar, choose a main product category e.g. At Home, Eco Bags and click on the category or go directly to product sub category e.g. Aprons, tea towels and oven gloves; Trays, placemats, coasters and napkins

Navigate to a specific sub category using the four buttons on the right of the main category banner page, by scrolling down on them. Click the category which suits your need the best

Custom make (Create Your Own)
If you cannot find what you are looking for in our stock range, you have the ability to "Create Your Own". Choose which options you want from the options on the horizontal bars. Once you have chosen everything you want, fill out the form with your details and send to us. One of our expert team will then come back to you with some quotes and suggestions to help you make your decision.
Alternatively you can upload a sketch of what you want, and send that as a request on the form.

STEP 3: ORDER!
Get one of the sales team to send you an order form on email (make sure you check your junk mail in case the order form is in there)
Print the form, sign the form, and either email back (scanned with your signature) or
Fax back to +44(0) 208 459 0789
! Make sure you let us know what delivery date you will be requiring your products by (delivery either on Express or Standard delivery). Please also be as accurate as possible with your pantone requirements, and delivery address.

STEP 4: ARTWORK APPROVAL PROCESS
Once you have finalised your artwork, you need to send us your artwork on email to customerservice@supreme-creations.co.uk or to the sales advisor who emailed you the order form. For assistance call 0845 230 5996.
We will then produce a computerised image of your design on the product. You will be sent this via the online artwork approval software. For assistance call 0845 230 5996.

STEP 5: PAYMENT
Payment can be made through bank transfer (BACS, CHAPS), credit card, or cheque. First time customers will be required to make payment on a pro forma basis. If you would like to be on account please call up the customer service team on 0845 230 5996.

STEP 6: DELIVERY
For delivery options (standard and express options and large quantity options e.g. pallet rates) please contact customer service for quotes and assistance.
