Each printed cotton bag will be useful to your customers and a great giveaway at a conference, exhibition, product launch or other promotional event. Our strong cotton bags have 12 stitches per inch - we also use 3ply sewing thread for maximum strength, so they should last well over a thousand uses. We screen print on 4 OZ cotton 30's/30's 68 x 68 woven fabric which gives the best print but for dyed bags we use 20/20's 5 OZ whose weave consistency improves considerably after processing. The weave is as important as the weight! Other suppliers may supply different quality weaves and consequently print detail is compromised.
For larger quantities over 1000 bags we can make any shape, colour or size. We have more options than anyone else from special metallic inks or puffy print styles to own labels and can even offer to pack your bags with whatever you send us! (Ask about our fulfillment service)
